Return Policy: You have 30 days from receipt to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. To initiate a return, email us at help@bknj.co. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Exchange Policy: For damaged or incorrect orders, we cover return shipping costs. For exchanges of correctly sent items, you will cover shipping costs. Refunds follow the same policy. Duties and taxes paid are non-refundable. Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET Monday through Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET Monday through Friday will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 1-3 days for us to prepare and package your order. Local orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International orders may take up to 2 weeks depending on your location. Please anticipate longer processing times during promotional events.
Yes! We do ship to over 200 countries worldwide through our Shopify platform. International orders should expect longer processing and delivery times. Please note that any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable. For the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to PO boxes.
Yes, your BKN jewelry is covered by a limited warranty for one year from the date of purchase. Covered Items: Repairs for mechanical flaws (clasps, hinges, bales), broken earring posts or clips, chain damage, and missing or loose gold dots or stones that have fallen out. Not Covered: Jewelry that is lost or stolen, accidental damage or damage due to negligence, and natural tarnishing that may occur over time.
